Pingplus Media · Policy version 1.0 · Effective April 11, 2026 · Office of the Founder & CEO

Pingplus Media accepts concerns about service quality, data protection, billing, unwanted messages and misuse. This page explains how to raise an issue, what information helps us investigate, and how to request escalation.

Channels for raising a complaint

Policy status: Approved and in effect. Pingplus Media maintains this policy as an active part of its established governance and daily operating practices. Effective April 11, 2026.

Please use our contact page and identify the category: privacy request, suspected phishing, unwanted communication, account concern, service quality, invoicing or contractual dispute. Include the account or corporate reference if available, the relevant date range and an email address for a response. Avoid sending passwords, OTP codes, financial secrets or excessive recipients’ personal data.

Acknowledgement and ownership

Incoming complaints are assigned to the relevant commercial, operations, privacy or security owner according to risk and nature. The team may ask for limited additional information needed to verify authority and investigate the event. Acknowledgement and resolution timing depends on seriousness, contractual service levels, legal requirements and external partner cooperation.

Investigating messaging complaints

For unwanted or misleading messages, the sender/customer relationship and legal consent status may need investigation. Pingplus may handle message transport on instructions from a business customer and may have only limited authority to change the recipient’s consent record. A complaint may be referred to the original sender or carrier when that is the appropriate responsible party.

Escalation and impartial review

If the initial response does not resolve the concern, request review by the relevant service lead or executive delegate, citing the original case reference. Material privacy, security or regulatory complaints are escalated according to the company’s internal incident and legal governance process. Individuals retain any independent right to contact competent authorities where applicable.

Records, confidentiality and learning

Complaints are recorded only to the extent necessary to investigate, resolve and improve service. Access to those records is restricted and remains subject to applicable retention and contractual obligations. Recurring concerns are reviewed for policy, customer onboarding or technical control improvements, without making unapproved changes to live carrier routes or billing rules.
