Pingplus Media · Policy version 1.0 · Effective April 11, 2026 · Office of the Founder & CEO

Pingplus Media supports responsible enterprise communication. Customers and senders must follow applicable consent, sender-registration, template, anti-spam and network requirements for every destination and channel.

Customer accountability

Policy status: Approved and in effect. Pingplus Media maintains this policy as an active part of its established governance and daily operating practices. Effective April 11, 2026.

Organisations initiating enterprise messages are responsible for lawful campaign purpose, recipient consent or other lawful basis, sender registration, relevant template approvals, frequency management and suppression lists. They must not treat technical message acceptance by SMPP or an API as evidence that a destination country permits the content or a particular outreach practice.

Consent and opt-outs

Recipients should be given clear and appropriate information about why they are receiving messages and practical mechanisms for withdrawing promotional consent where required. Customer-managed suppression requests must be applied promptly according to the relevant law, carrier requirements and contracted workflow. Transactional and promotional classes should be distinguished accurately; misleading classification is prohibited.

OTP and sensitive communications

One-time passwords are designed for short-lived verification and should not be re-used in marketing, shared with support staff or collected through unsafe channels. Customers should avoid embedding secrets, account credentials or excessive personal data in templates. Delivery receipts are useful operational indicators, not evidence that a particular human read a message or took an intended action.

Sender and content safeguards

Our platform supports configurable sender and content safeguards. Customers must manage campaign consent, sender identities, template approvals and compliant recipient engagement under their agreements.

Complaints and regulatory requests

Reports concerning spoofing, unsolicited messages, misleading sender identities or unlawful campaigns should include the sender identity, approximate date/time, destination country and a non-sensitive description. The company may coordinate with the originating enterprise and upstream operator while preserving evidence and legal rights. Regulators and law-enforcement requests are evaluated under applicable processes and confidentiality requirements.
