Pingplus Media · Policy version 1.0 · Effective April 11, 2026 · Office of the Founder & CEO

Our delivery ecosystem

Policy status: Approved and in effect. Pingplus Media maintains this policy as an active part of its established governance and daily operating practices. Effective April 11, 2026.

Pingplus Media uses infrastructure, hosting, data storage, communications connectivity and other specialist service providers where needed to deliver its enterprise services. Depending on the product, personal data may pass through customer-selected or contracted telecommunications networks and messaging partners.

Customer-specific disclosures

There is no single public list applicable to every customer route or service. We can provide an appropriate supplier and data-processing disclosure to authorised enterprise customers under confidentiality and applicable data-processing terms. Particular hosting locations, processing roles and international transfers depend on the relevant service agreement and lawful processing context.

Oversight

The company manages third-party risk using appropriate commercial, confidentiality and information-security requirements, calibrated to the provider's role. Specific assessment evidence and executed contractual terms are available for due diligence where appropriate.

Enquiries

For your service's relevant subprocessor information or updates to the current arrangements, please use our contact page or the contact in your signed agreement.

How third parties support service delivery

Operational service delivery may involve infrastructure/hosting companies, telecommunications carriers and intermediaries, business messaging platform operators, delivery/notification channels, analytic providers, payment or accounting tools and selected support services. Their role depends on the purchased product and integration options and may involve processing identifiers, messages, technical logs or account information as necessary.

Security and contracting expectations

We assess service-provider relationships by the role they perform, the information involved, the service location and the security and confidentiality requirements of the engagement.

International telecommunications delivery

International destinations may require message traffic to traverse one or more local operators, aggregators or regional carriers. Partner identities, route maps, customer-sensitive rates and topology can be commercially and operationally sensitive; they may be disclosed through a confidentiality-controlled customer annex rather than an unrestricted public page.

Changes and objections

Material service-provider changes and customer notification arrangements follow applicable law and the relevant service agreement.

Requests for an applicable supplier list

Enterprise customers may request a current service-specific list of relevant processing providers, their functions and available assurance documents. Requests are reviewed for account authority and confidentiality. Information can be supplied under an NDA or the governing data processing agreement when public disclosure would reveal proprietary transport arrangements.
